• We start stuff
• We get things done
• We draw the map
• We lead
• We do the hard things because that makes us valuable and because they need doing
• We work hard, and do more than expected, to the highest appropriate quality
• We learn and always look for the lessons to be learned
• We are not scared to make mistakes and learn from them
• We share our ideas with others and encourage them to do so too
• We have an opinion
• We bring something to the table. Every table – team, customer, organisation
• We add value
• We finish things
